lama daaa rasernyeer tak update blog niee bkn tak nak update cuma tak ader masa nak type alkisah kehidupan sejak sejak niee byk perkara yg berlaku tapi cuma bengang dan buat bodoh aje laaah

baru baru niee saya berangin laah dgn Group HR kat wisma hong leong yg mengarahkan nak information nak head count utk HLG capital berhad then nak kan company group dia cuma bagi dua template dan update kan list company dlm group company tueee

Angin betul suruh org buat kerja 2 kali tapi benda yg sama.. leh pulak bos dia tuee bagi statement yg menyakitkan hati bila membaca nyeer .. nak cuba pase e-mail tu kat blog nieee

Mcm bagus sgt bos dia niee Issshk mmg sakit hati sesgt laaa.. sampai sekrg nak aje ku summpah kehidupan mrk lebih menderita drp kehidupan keeew....

Nieee laah alkisah nyeeer...

I understand your frustration, however, we were also given a very short notice from Secretarial dept to provide this information. I believe you are very busy just like the rest of us.

The reason why we had to request for the information again was because we realized that the original template which Secretarial told us was provided to them by the previous HLFG IGHR did not capture the information accurately. This is part of the continuous improvement we hope to put in place in our HR processes. Please bear with us and do give us your input as well as continuous support as we strive to work towards our own effectiveness as a HR team.

why you make my life so troublesome by requested information something similar and make me to do double work? You think I so free waiting your instruction to do this and give me a short time of due date and you thing I just press one button all information needed is there... I also have a lots of work of due date to be done.

In future plse confirm what information that you need so i don't have do twice.
